Beach cleaning machines
Unicorn beach cleaning machines operate by a sieving screen or a vibrating plaque.
These sieving cleaners allow a perfect cleaning of the beach. There are two types of beach cleaners depending on the type of sieve they use. Some are cleaning machines with a vibrating conveyor belt and others are sieving cleaning machines that are equipped with vibrating grills.
On the other hand, beach cleaners can be classified into three groups depending on the way they work. So, we have self-propelled beach cleaning machines, dragged beach cleaning machines and beach cleaning machines attached to a tractor.

Basically, the self-propelled ones are small-sized cleaning machines. They are manual beach cleaners, that is, they are handled by a person who walks beside or behind them. This person controls the work of the beach cleaner and smoothly and effortlessly guides it. The sieving machine does the job as it advances. The sand enters the front of the machine and goes to the vibrating grill where the process of separation of waste and sand is carried out. The waste is deposited in the rear hopper and the sand is returned to the beach.
Towed beach cleaning machines
Towed beach cleaners are machines that work at the rear of the tractor. They rest on their own wheels and the drawbar located on the tractor's hydraulic arms. The cleaning process begins when the tractor moves forward and the machine is placed in the working position. This type of dragged cleaners has a front roller with spikes that has two operational functions, which are performed at the same time, on one hand on contact with the surface of the beach, it proceeds to unclog the sand if it is compacted or wet, and on the other hand, the rotation of the spikes brings the voluminous waste initially placed on the beach into the machine. Apart from these spiked rollers, the beach cleaner has a longitudinally located front blade and when the beach cleaner works in depth, this blade allows you to cut a considerable amount of sand and raise it inside the machine.
Once the sand, which is mixed with waste and dirt, is inside the machine, the vibrating conveyor belt performs the sieving of it at an adjustable speed. This vibrating belt has a special layout and can be of different sizes. This allows to separate the sand from the waste and deposit it into the rear hopper. According to the size of the beach cleaner, the rear hopper has different loading capacities. The unloading process is performed at different heights.
Hanging beach cleaning machines
The tractor hanging cleaners are small and medium sized machines that sieve the sand using the sifting system by means of a vibrating grill. The sand is introduced into the machine as it advances and cuts the sand at different depths. Once the sand and debris are inside the beach cleaner, it is the vibrating grill that performs the work of separating the sand and transporting the waste to the rear hopper.
